Caitlin Nicole prioritizes quality in every item. While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, it's important to note that each piece is delicate and may require occasional repairs.

Jewelry bought within the last year is eligible for a free one-time repair for any damage resulting from a manufacturer's defect or normal wear and tear during this period. Each repair request will undergo individual assessment before being processed. Repairs for items purchased over a year ago or damaged due to misuse will incur repair charges, paid for by the customer.

Customers will be responsible for covering round-trip shipping costs.

To request a repair, please email us with the following information: name, address, order number, phone number, reason for repair and any photos. Please include all components to your jewelry (all charms, chains, stones, etc).

Resizing

If you received a ring that needs to be resized, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the process.

We can only accept repairs or resizing on jewelry bought from Caitlin Nicole Jewelry.
