As every piece in our collection is handcrafted to order or genuinely one of a kind, we do not accept returns. All custom orders, engraved items, wholesale orders, resized rings and sale items are final sale. Diamond engagement rings and earrings over 1ct are also final sale.
Please allow up to 1 week to process your return once we have received it and allow the general processing time for your new order. Allow 4-6 weeks for all custom and made to order pieces.
Customers are responsible for shipping unless we have made an error or something was received damaged.
